Lora Oplanic Aumen, 24, wife of Matthew Thomas Aumen, of Summerville, SC passed away June 4, 2017 at her residence.
Visitation will be held Saturday afternoon, June 10, 2017 from 11 am until 1 pm at Parks Funeral Home. Friends and family will reassemble for Graveside Services at 2:30 pm in Dorchester Memory Gardens. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 1122 Lady Street, Suite 1000, Columbia, SC 29201.
Lora was born December 1, 1992 in Clovis, New Mexico, the daughter of Frank Oplanic and Iponi Shin Oplanic. She was a full time mother and wife. She enjoyed playing the piano and going to the beach. Lora loved being with her children, family and friends. Fitness was very important to her, and she loved her WIT Moms family.
Survivors include her husband, Matthew Thomas Aumen; two daughters, Calia Nicole Aumen and Aria Marcela Aumen; her parents, Frank and Iponi Oplanic; one brother, Isaac Daniel Oplanic; father-in-law, Darrin Aumen (Cecelia); mother-in-law, Angela Aumen; two brothers-in-law, Tyler Aumen, Christopher Aumen; two sisters-in-law, Faith Jones, Ricki Hughes, all of Summerville, SC; her aunt and uncle, Marisa and David Ewing of Butler, PA.

I keep seeing your pictures and its still so hard to believe you're gone. I will cherish every memory I have of you, I just wish there were more. You were such a wonderful, loving person and always had a smile on your face. Until we meet again, Rest in Peace.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. One of the most difficult things we have to deal with is the death of a loved one. The Bible promise: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." The Bible gives us hope that one day our dead loved ones will be brought back to life. I hope this message offers comfort in your time of sadness.
