Anne (Duncan) Morris

Anne Duncan Morris was born November 3, 1942. She was the daughter of the late James F. and Martha Page Duncan, and the wife of the late Rev. William Robert "Bob" Morris, Sr. She was predeceased by her son William Robert Morris, Jr., her brothers Jimmy Duncan and Wayne Webb, and her step-mother Anne Webb Duncan.

Anne is survived by her children Emily Vick (David) and Dan Morris (Abbey), four sisters Louise Ellis (Jim), Emily Long (Bill), Susan Webb, and Lynne Burton (Bill). The joys of her life were her 7 grandchildren: Taylor Woodward (Cody), Will Vick, Anna Morris, Daniel Morris, Page Vick, Emma Morris and Henry Morris, her great-grandson Walker Woodward, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Anne was an elementary school teacher who was passionate about teaching and retired after 27 years. She was a reader, seamstress, and a great friend. But her favorite thing was being a "professional Grandma." Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and the relationship they shared with her was truly special. 

Visitation will be held at Parks Funeral Home on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 6 - 8 PM and Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:00 am at Bethany United Methodist Church in Summerville. In lieu of flowers, please make any donations to Bethany UMC Student Ministries, 118 West 3rd South Street, Summerville, SC 29483.
