Daniel Everett Coy

Daniel Everett Coy, 36, of Summerville, SC passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018.

Memorial Services will be Saturday afternoon, October 6, 2018 at 2 o’clock in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Flowers will be accepted.

Daniel was born September 28, 1982 in Indianapolis, IN, the son of Daniel Coy and Doretta Jean McDowell McHugh. He worked as a night auditor at Spring Hill Suites in North Charleston. Daniel loved all types of music, from rock and roll to classical, and loved going to concerts. He enjoyed listening to comedy podcasts, playing the bass guitar, and culinary arts when cooking for his family.

Daniel is survived by his mother, Doretta J. McHugh (Mark) of Summerville, SC; father, Daniel Coy (Patty) of Davenport, FL; sister, Dana Felice Nault (Travis) of San Antonio, TX; girlfriend, Jordyn Long of Summerville, SC; aunt, Carol Ouzounion; uncle, Robert J. McDowell; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Robert M. McDowell and Doris E. McDowell and Thomas Coy and Candelaria Coy; and nephew, Bryson Elliott Allen Nault.
