Herbert Mark Thrower

Herbert Mark Thrower, 63, of Ridgeville, SC died Friday, August 3, 2018 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, 244 S. Main Street, Ridgeville, SC, Thursday afternoon, August 9, 2018 at 2 o’clock. Burial will follow at Bonnie Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to services. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, PO Box 193, Ridgeville, SC 29472.

Mark was born December 23, 1954 in Summerville, SC, a son of the late Glenn L. Thrower and Martha C. Pfaehler Thrower. He was a retired land surveyor and golf greens keeper.  He enjoyed playing golf and playing the guitar.

Survivors include his three brothers, Lenair Thrower and his wife, Jane of Effingham, SC, Wayne Thrower and his wife, Lynn of Cleveland, TN, Danny Thrower and his wife, Diane of Summerville; and several nephews and nieces.
