Karen Elizabeth Davis

Karen Elizabeth Davis 62, of Summerville died, January 1, 2018 at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Whiteville.

She was born June 28, 1955 in Dorchester County, SC. She was the daughter of the late Dave and Betty Hinson Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Tommy Hinson and grandparents, Eddie and Eva Hinson. She is survived by her son, Chase Whitman and wife, Hannah of Lake Waccamaw, NC and a sister, Lila Welborn and husband, Jim of Fernandina Beach, FL.

Her funeral service will be held 2:00 pm TUESDAY, January 9, 2018 at Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Summerville Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at Parks Funeral Home TUESDAY from 1 pm until time of service.
