Linda Leigh (Bridges) Schaible

Linda Leigh Bridges Schaible, 77, of Summerville, SC, widow of the late Maynard Vogler Schaible, Jr., passed away Monday, April 9, 2018.

Memorial Services will be Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at Summerville Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 10 o'clock until the time of service at the church. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Linda's name may be made to the American Heart Association, 174 East Bay St, Suite 300, Charleston, SC 29401, or Summerville Baptist Church, 417 Central Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483.

Linda was born January 17, 1941 in Laurens, SC, the daughter of Wilson Cleo Bridges and Vivian Leigh Scott Bridges. She was a teacher at Goose Creek High School and a member at Summerville Baptist Church. 

Linda leaves behind her son, Maynard "Chip" Schaible of Taylors, SC; daughter, Kimberly Schaible Kinsey of Summerville, SC; and three grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Schaible, Sarah Margaret Schaible, and William Maynard Schaible. She is predeceased by her husband, Maynard Vogler Schaible, Jr.
