Sandra Kay (Zimmerman) Shelton

Sandra Kay Shelton, 78, of Summerville, SC, widow of the late Thomas E. Shelton, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Summerville Medical Center.

Graveside Services will be Thursday afternoon, April 19, 2018 at 1 o'clock in Summerville Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 o'clock at Parks Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted. 

Sandra was born May 5, 1939 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Alfred Zimmerman and Sylvia Johnson Zimmerman. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and quilting.

Sandra leaves behind three sons, Jerome P. Tobey of Summerville, Michael "Mike" R. Tobey of North Charleston, and Anthony M. Tobey of Hanahan; nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Thomas Shelton, she is predeceased by three sons, Kevin M. Tobey, Joe C. Summers, and Steven W. Tobey.
