Vanessa Ivy Procopio

Vanessa Ivy Procopio was announced to the world in February of 2019 and entered the world October 6, 2019 at 38 weeks, 6.5lbs, her mothers black hair, hazel eyes and her daddy’s ears and nose. 

Our little “V.I.P” was a very active baby, regularly kicking and moving about - so eager to join the world there were moments it seemed she would jump out at any time.  Before she was even ready to join the world, she already knew who mom and dad were.  Whenever one of us would speak to her and she would become calm and serine.  As her father, Ill miss her kicks against my back as mom snuggled close to me at night.  As her mother, Kaitlyn will miss the closeness of growing and nurturing our first baby girl.  As her big brother, Harrison will always be proud that he picked her room out first, before his, when our home was being built, how he used to love picking things out for her and kissing his sister through his mommy’s belly.  He was the proudest big brother in the world, declaring that he would have a baby sister before we even knew for sure. 

Even though she was only with us for a very short while, she will always be in our hearts.  Rest in peace, my little angel.  Mommy, Daddy and your big brother will always love you, and will never forget you. 

Memorial services will be held Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 3 o'clock. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at Parks Funeral Home.
