Cheryl Ann “Sissy” Blackwell, 65, of Summerville, SC, loving wife of Mickey Blackwell, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Trident Medical Center.
Memorial Services will be Friday, September 29, 2023 at 12 o’clock noon in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Flowers will be accepted.
Sissy was born December 12, 1957 in Richmond, VA. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her husband, Sissy leaves behind her sons, Wesley Alford (Crystal) and Jerry Blackwell; daughter, Ellen Manus (Trey), all of Summerville, SC; brother, Ken Santos, Jr. (Patsy) of North Charleston, SC; sisters, Renea Banfield (Jeff) of Charleston, SC, Debra McDonald (Tom) of Pembroke, GA, and Velma Hartline (Paul) of Ridgeville, SC; and six grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, Ken Santos, Sr. and Elinor Reid Santos.
