Constance June Withrow

Constance "Connie" June Withrow, 90, of Summerville passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 1 o'clock at Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene, 3221 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901. The family will receive friends for a visitation an hour before the service. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, 1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901.

Connie was born on October 7, 1934 to the late Carl and Gladys Kesler. Connie was a 1952 graduate of Mt. Hope High School, and then went on to college at West Virginia University. She was a longtime member of Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene, and also was their former pianist. Connie led a 36-year career as a loan officer at Merchants and Miners National Bank and Bank One in Oak Hill, WV. Connie was also an avid bridge player at the Falls of Ormond. She loved to go to the beach, golfing, and doing crossword puzzles. Connie had a special place in her heart for her dog, Chrissie. She will be missed dearly by many. 

Connie is survived by her son, Thomas N. Hardman of Spencer, WV; daughter, Teresa L. Eggerud of Summerville, SC; brother, Carl E. Kesler of Troutville, VA, stepdaughters, Linda DeWees of Glenville, WV and Karen Osborn of Jane Lew, WV; along with 7 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, L.O “Pete” Withrow; parents, Carl and Gladys Kesler; sister, Carol J. Murdoch; daughter-in-law, Jane A. Hardman; and former spouse, James N. Hardman.
