Crystal Adams-Vazquez

Mrs. Crystal Adams Vazquez, 56, of Summerville, SC, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Agape Hospice while surrounded by her mother (Linda Storey) and her husband (Rafael Vazquez Gonzales). Crystal Vazquez was born on March 28, 1968 in Lancaster, South Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Nellie Boone; granddaughter, Courtney Adams; father, John Edward Morrison and uncle Donnie Courtney. Crystal was a member of New Springs Church in Summerville where she attended as long as she was able. Crystal had owned a housekeeping business and also worked as a manager in the dry-cleaning business. Crystal enjoyed and loved her family unconditionally. She was a beautiful lady who enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved spending time at the beach, gardening, mermaids, and being with her family  

Crystal is survived by her devoted husband of 20 years of their home; her mother, Linda Storey (Bryan) of Anderson, SC; her brother, Stuart Adams of Huger, SC; son, DeWayne Stuart Adams; aunts, Nancy Stegall of Waxhaw, NC, Minnie Miles of Pageland, SC and Beth Medlin (Jamie) of Beaufort, SC; sisters, Nicole Moore (Spencer) of Rock Hill, SC and Amanda Tucker (Chad) of Charlotte, NC; nieces, Carly Lynn Adams of Lexington, TN, Caisyn Lynn Adams of North Charleston, SC; and her grand fur baby, Abby.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Parks Funeral Home, 130 W. 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483. Officiating will be Dr. Steve Silvey from Anderson Covenant Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
