David Arthur Coleman, 75, of Summerville, SC, loving husband of Marlene Murray Coleman, passed away Friday, July 4, 2025.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 11:00 am at White Church Cemetery, 10548 Dorchester Rd. Summerville, SC 29485. Flowers are accepted, or memorials may be made in his name to a local Meals on Wheels.
David was born April 30, 1950, in Charleston, SC, the son of the late Ivy and Virginia Reo Coleman. His hobbies included painting, drawing, woodworking, mechanics, drag races, and guns.
In addition to his wife, Marlene of Summerville, SC, David leaves behind his son, Adam Coleman, and his wife Michelle of Summerville, SC; daughters, Jessica Corrigan and her husband Chip of Summerville, SC and Regan Grooms and her husband Donnell, of Ridgeville, SC; and five grandchildren, Justin Coleman, Nathan Coleman, Troy Grooms, Mia Grooms and Emmett Grooms. David was predeceased by his parents, Ivy and Virginia Coleman.
