Deborah Lynn Wells, 76, wife of the late Lt. Col. Robert Mollet Wells, of Summerville, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024.
All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider donating to Tunnel to Towers.
Deborah was born in Tampa, Florida on January 4, 1948. She was the daughter of Velma Barlow.
Deb was a wife, mother and grandmother. Both she and her spouse loved scuba diving and fishing earlier in their lives. Additionally, both had a passion for gardening and birdwatching. She was an avid water-color painter and loved to sketch. She was best known by all children and grandchildren as “MomMom Debbie”. She was most proud of her daughters and their accomplishments and loved all of her grandchildren dearly.
She is survived by her daughters, Bridgette Killen Kifer (Doug), Holly Killen Poe and Wendy Killen Davis (David); grandchildren, Jimmy and Ashton Davis, Chris Kifer (Jesse), Emily & Hunter Kifer; Landon Poe (Sree) and Hannah Poe, and 2 very special great grandchildren, Wells and Nolan Kifer. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert M. Wells in 2017.
