Debra (Meree) Crosby

Debra Meree Crosby, 63, of Moncks Corner, SC passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, April 19, 2018 at Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 am. Burial will be in Plantation Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday evening at Parks Funeral Home from 6 - 8 pm. Flowers will be accepted.

Debra was born March 20, 1955 in Charleston, SC, a daughter of William Thomas Meree and Violet Craven Meree. She was a homemaker. Debra had a passion for cooking and attended classes for 2 years at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston SC. She loved her family and her world revolved around her children and grandchildren. She brought a smile to anyone's face she met, and was always willing to help someone in need. Her spirit was as bright as her eyes and she left a mark everywhere she went.

Survivors include her father, William Thomas Meree of Summerville; her mother, Violet Craven Meree of Moncks Corner; two sons, Roy Port Jr. of N. Charleston, Rocky Port of N. Charleston; one daughter, Christy Port (Jason)of Orlando, FL; four sisters, Lynda Meree Headden (Stanley)of Moncks Corner, Sandra Davis (Pedro)of Cottageville, Cheryl Meree McMahon of Moncks Corner, Sherry Meree Zunn (Fili) of Summerville; three brothers, William Meree Jr. (Tammy)of Jedburg, Dale Meree (Teresa) of Santee, Mark Meree (Stephanie) of St. George; and 7 grandchildren, Ashly Port, Jacob Plummer, Kaylie Port, Raegan Port, Kourtney Port, Marissa Lyons and Allison Lyons. She was predeceased by a brother, William David Meree.
