Dennis Menges Obituary

Dennis Ray Menges, 80, of Summerville, SC, beloved husband of Susan Meisner Menges, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at his residence.

Private Prayer Services were held for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Denny's name may be made to Agape Hospice.

Dennis was born December 10, 1940 in Elkhart, Indiana, a son of the late Gerald Menges and Juanita Elizabeth Shafer Menges. He was a graduate of Perdue University and made his career in manufacturing and engineering. Denny loved fishing and woodworking, and always had a smile and a funny story to tell. He honorably served in the United States Air Force.

He leaves behind his wife Susan of Summerville, SC; son, Thomas Menges (Lisa) of Georgetown, TX; daughter, Tracy Capozzi (John) of West Lafayette, IN; brother, Gary Menges (Elaine) of Versailles, KY; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. His family would like to extend a special thanks to his nurses, April and Tracie.
