Donna Rhee (Tumbleston) Badgley

Donna Rhee Tumbleston Wheeler Badgley, 66, late wife of David L. Badgley entered into eternal rest at her home on April 20, 2023.

Donna was a friend to everyone and never met a stranger. She loved music especially bluegrass. She played guitar and had a beautiful voice. She was the rock of her family and the one everyone could count on especially for haircuts. She loved animals and rescued as many as she could. She was a life-long member of Boone Hill UMC in Summerville.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Miriam Tumbleston. She is survived by her daughters Melissa Wheeler Black (Chuck) of Hollywood, SC and Rev. Paige Wheeler of McBee, SC; one sister Debra Jo Tumbleston of Summerville; one brother-in-law Tim Badgley of Damariscotta, ME and so many more friends and family.

Services will be held Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 3 o’clock at Boone Hill UMC with burial to follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be 2 o’clock until the time of service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary, 5604 New Road, Hollywood, SC 29449.
