Gary Jay Brown, 64, of St. George, SC, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025.
Graveside Services will be Saturday morning, August 30, 2025 at 11 o’clock in Harleyville Southern Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Parks Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted.
Gary was born March 31, 1961 in Farmington, NM. He worked for the SC Ports Authority and loved watching Carolina Gamecocks Football. He took great pride in being a PaPaw to his four grandchildren and serving his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Gary leaves behind his mother, Jocelyn Fairall of Reynoldsburg, OH; stepmother, Eileen Brown of Marengo, OH; daughters, Courtney Myers (Chris) of St George, SC and Adrienne Brown of Summerville, SC; brothers, Ronald Brown (Ruthie) of Cardington, OH and Jon Fairall of Whitehall, OH; sister, Melinda Brown of Whitehall, OH; four grandchildren, Kinleigh, Kaelyn, Knox, and Kade Myers; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts. He is predeceased by his father, Walter Eugene Brown.
