Grady Spell, 84, of Summerville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 10, 2025.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Parks Funeral Home, 130 W. 1st North St., Summerville, SC 29483. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service at Parks Funeral Home.

Grady was born on July 1, 1940, in Summerville, SC, to the late Admiral Dewey and Jessie May Spell. He loved hunting, fishing, football, baseball, golf, driving his truck, and going out to eat..

Grady is survived by his sister, Alma Poe (Charlie) of Summerville, SC; Grandchildren, Bobby McArn III, Austin Spell, and Roxanne McArn-Acevedo all of Summerville, SC: great-grandchildren, Bobby McArn IV and Adelina Smith of Summerville, SC. He was predeceased by his loving wife Roxanne Spell, son, Shon Spell: daughter Terry McArn: brother, Melvin Spell; and sister, Betty Melomo.

Grady will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
