Gregory Galenian Obituary

On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, Gregory Galenian, loving husband and cat parent, passed away at the age of 71.

Gregory was born on December 6, 1949 in Worcester, MA. He was a retired Navy Commander and served in the reserves for a total of 22 years as well as a dedicated educator at Summerville High School for 30 years. He was the widower of Suzanne Galenian.

He later married Donna Pelletier and was embraced into her entire family because of the joy, happiness and love he gave to Donna. He is also survived by his 2 nieces, Lucinda Yates and Lizz Bridge, and a nephew, Jason Legget.

Greg was a long term volunteer with the Feline Freedom Coalition and worked at the Summerville PetSmart adoption center for 13 years.

Due to the ongoing COVID virus, services will be announced at a later date. Donations may be made to Berkeley Animal Shelter or Feline Freedom Coalition.
