J. Suzanne Kite

Joyce Suzanne Kite, 63, of Summerville, SC passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 3:30PM at Parks Funeral Home, 130 West 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483.
Suzanne was born on September 6, 1960 in Springfield, MO to the late Vernon and Ina Kite. She attended Fremont Elementary until her family moved to Rogersville, MO where she attended Rogersville Schools. She then graduated from Logan-Rogersville High in 1978. After high school, Suzanne graduated from Missouri University majoring in mathematics. After she completed college, Suzanne worked as a research analyst at the Department of Army and Navy. Suzanne would then go on and retire from DCMA as a research analyst/ statistician. Suzanne met the love of her life, David R. White who she would then go on and marry in 1994. Most importantly, Suzanne’s minor daughters were her most prized accomplishment, “the girly girls” Makayla and Lilybet.
Suzanne is survived by her minor daughters, Lilybet White of Summerville, SC, Makayla White of Summerville, SC; brother, Chester L. Kite (Ruth Ann) of Rogersville, MO; sisters, Vicki C. Hines of Springfield, MO, and Nancy M. Maudlin of Tallahassee, FL. She is predeceased by her husband, David R. White; and parents, Ina and Vernon Kite.
