Jackie F. Elliott

Dale Jacqueline “Jackie” Elliott, 93, of Harleyville, SC, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at her residence.

Funeral Services will be Saturday afternoon, March 15, 2025 at 2 o’clock in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in White Church Cemetery on Dorchester Road. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 PM until the time of service. Flowers are accepted.

Jackie was born November 6, 1931 in Georgetown, SC, the third daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Fenters. She graduated from Pleasant Hill High School near Hemingway, SC. She attended Anderson College in Anderson, SC and Palmer College in Charleston, SC. She forfeited her degree to marry the love of her life, Walter H. Elliott, Jr., on March 29, 1952. They had 61 wonderful years together.

She taught Sunday School, was a Director of Vacation Bible Schools, and taught child evangelism in different homes and her home for ten years. She also taught Ladies Bible Study in North Charleston and Summerville. After moving to Harleyville, she started a Bible Study and Prayer Group in her home.

Jackie is predeceased by her husband, Walter H. Elliott, Jr.; two brothers; and three sisters. She leaves behind son, Walter H. Elliott III (Cathy); daughter Angela Gayle Drumheller (David) and their children and grandchildren, and daughter and caregiver Kristen Elizabeth Kingsley (George).
