James Philip Dopson

James "Jaimie" Philip Dopson, 57, of Summerville, SC entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.

Private Funeral Services will be held at Dorchester Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dorchester PAWS, 136 Four Paws Lane, Summerville, SC 29483.

Jaimie was born on December 17, 1963 in Summerville, SC, a son of the late James L. Dopson and Annette Knight Dopson. He loved horseback riding, rescuing animals and was a wonderful caregiver for his mother.

Survivors include his mother, Annette Dopson; one sister, Sheila Shepard and husband Mike, of Summerville; and his beloved Boston Terrier, Milo. Jaimie was predeceased by his father, James L. Dopson.
