John Evans Obituary
John William "Bill" Evans, 84, of Summerville, SC, loving husband of Gloria J. Rudd Evans, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024.
Funeral Services will be Friday, November 15, 2024 at 12 o'clock noon at North Trident Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Summerville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 o'clock until the time of service at the church. Flowers are accepted.
Bill was born June 6, 1940 in Charleston, SC, the son of the late Walter Louis Evans and Louise B. Dukes Evans. He honorably served in the United States Army and worked for the Charleston Naval Shipyard.
