Judy Ann Gordon, 80, of Summerville passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 12 o’clock noon at Parks Funeral Home, 130 West 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock at Parks Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Summerville Cemetery, 1330 Boone Hill Road, Summerville, SC 29483. Judy was born on April 6, 1945, to the late Francis and Evelyn Perry. In her early twenties, she worked as a flight attendant for Banff Airlines. She later became the first employee hired by Gamble, Givens, and Moody, where she dedicated over 30 years before retiring. Judy had a passion for painting and knitting, loved watching Columbo, and found great joy in listening to music—especially Willie Nelson. Above all, her greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren. They were the center of her world, and she loved them more deeply than words could ever express.
Judy is survived by her son, Bo Gordon (Tennille) of Summerville, SC; bonus sons, Elliott Hutchinson (Tiffany) of Summerville, SC, Chad Hutchinson (Brandy) of Goose Creek, SC; brother, Robert Perry (Virgina) of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, James Corbin Gordon (Virgina) of Houston, TX, Lexi Gordon, of Summerville, SC; bonus grandchildren, Gabe Hutchinson, of Tampa, FL, Taylor Hutchinson, of Summerville, SC, Chase Hutchinson of Jacksonville, FL; bonus great granddaughter, Dacie Hutchinson of Summerville, SC; friend in laws, Glenn Hutchinson (Deborah) of Summerville, SC; along with many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Charles “Corbin” Gordon; parents, Francis and Evelyn Perry; half-brother, Francis E. Perry, Jr.; and sister, Linda Perry.
