Katrina P. Meekins

Katrina P. Meekins, 51, of Summerville, SC, loving wife of Jamey A. Meekins, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at her home.

Memorial Services will be Saturday afternoon, November 18, 2023 at 3 o’clock at Deliverance Tabernacle Ministries. Katrina was born January 27, 1972 in Lexington, SC, a daughter of Jimmy Pound and Katrina Kammer Pound. She loved her children, Kami and Culby, always cherishing their time spent together with family. She enjoyed baking and cooking for everyone she loved, and had a church family that was very dear to her. Katrina always liked shopping and road trips with her “Hens Group.” She was an avid Disney lover and wore Lilly Pulitzer as often as she could. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband, Jamey Meekins of Summerville, SC, Katrina leaves behind her mother, Katrina Pound of West Columbia, SC; son, Culbreth “Culby” Meekins of Summerville, SC; daughter, Kammer “Kami” Meekins also of Summerville, SC; sister, Teresa Ray of West Columbia, SC; and niece, Sadie Ray of Columbia, SC. She is predeceased by her father, Jimmy Pound and grandparents, Herman and Elizabeth Kammer.
