Leon "Mack" McCall, Jr. Obituary

Ret. Lt. Col Leon "Mack" McCall, Jr., 91, of Summerville, SC, passed away December 10, 2020.

Born in Pickens, SC, October 21, 1929, the son of Emma and Leon "Big Mack" McCall, Sr. Shortly after graduating The Citadel, class, of 1950, he entered the United States Army. Having served in Korea and Vietnam, his long career in the military, earned him several decorations and service medals. He was an infantry officer.

Mack is survived by his wife, Jean; son, Rick; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents and sons, Bill and Mike McCall.

A private graveside will be held in Georgia at a time and date yet to be determined.
