Margaret Elizabeth "Peggy" Buss

Margaret Elizabeth “Peggy” Buss, 76, of Summerville, SC, passed away July 24, 2022 at her residence.

Graveside Services will be Friday morning, August 5, 2022 at 10 o'clock in Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Peggy's name may be made to your local SPCA or animal shelter.

Peggy was born December 27, 1945 in Framingham, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Steven Carroll and Cora Louise Smith Carroll. She worked as a caregiver for the Dorchester Board of Disabilities.

She leaves behind her three children, Jacqueline Bennis (Buss)/Timothy Bennis, Steven Buss, Robert Jason Buss, and six grandchildren (Andrew Buss, Nicholas Bennis, Nathan Bennis, Trey Buss, Tristan Buss, and Skylar Buss), and one great granddaughter, (Paisley Mae Buss). She married James Robert Buss on November 11, 1969 and he preceded her in death on June 17, 1998.
