Mason Joseph Rough

The Heavenly Father took our dear sweet Mason Joseph Rough to be with Him in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, August 5, 2023.

Mason is the son of Stefanie Rough and Kyle Rough. He is survived by his sisters Morgan and Harper, as well as great grandmother Shirley Verna, grandparents James and Beth Wallace and Francis and Darla Rough, Uncle and Aunt Steven and Alicia Wallace, and cousins Molly and Carter Wallace. In his 5 short years,

Mason spread love and joy to all who knew him and asked for nothing more than love in return. His favorite things to do were to play, be held, and give hugs and kisses. Even through tremendous grief, we will trust in the Lord that one day he will be in our loving arms once again. So many caring and supportive people entered our lives through Mason and for that we are forever grateful, especially his nurses and therapists that became like family. 

Visitation will be Wednesday evening, August 9, 2023 from 5 to 7 pm at Parks Funeral Home. The family has requested for no flowers to be accepted. The service will be Thursday morning, August 10th, 2023 at 10 am at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Summerville.
