Melissa Lynn Hickman, 51, wife of Allen Hickman, of Summerville, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
The relatives and friends of Melissa (Missy) Hickman are invited to attend her Memorial Service at 1:30 pm Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Parks Funeral Home Chapel, 130 W. 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483.
Missy was born in Charleston, South Carolina on April 24, 1972. She was the daughter of Edward Parker III and Ramona Bruch. Missy loved spending time with family and her cats. She worked as a Resident Assistant/ Med Tech at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant. In her free time she enjoyed going to the beach, crafting or spending time with her daughter.
She is survived by her husband, spouse Allen Hickman; parents, Edward Parker III & Ramona Peavy (Gordon); daughters, Bailey Hickman & Amanda Tinsely (Kai); grandchildren, Malakai Tinsley, Cooper Nichols, and Lila Nichols; siblings, Edward Parker IV (Dana), Susan Seiler (Rick), Mindy Parker, Amanda Parker (Gerald), Kristina Riley (Mike)and her Nieces & Nephews, Chelsea, Hunter, Seth, Harmony, Will, Ellis, Jonathan, Julia & Meg. Missy was preceded in death by her Brother Justin Parker & her Daughter Lauren Hickman.
