Patsy Ann Singleton

Patsy Ann Singleton, 85, of Ridgeville passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday October, 24, 2025 at 5 o’clock at Parks Funeral Home, 130 West 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in honor of Patsy to Crossroads Community Church, 505 Gahagan Rd, Summerville, SC 29485.

Patsy was born on September 23, 1940, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Throughout her life, she developed a deep passion for Arabian horses and became a dedicated breeder, proudly raising national champion Arabians. Her love for animals was matched only by her devotion to her favorite teams—she never missed an Arkansas football or basketball game and cheered them on with great enthusiasm.

Patsy is survived by her son, John Singleton, Jr (Margaret) of Ridgeville, SC; grandchildren, James Ryan Fulkerson (Christie), Rebecca Fulkerson, Jordan Singleton Tirico (Mark), John Singleton, III; great-grandchildren, Coleman Michael Fulkerson, Catherine Fulkerson, and Gibben Tirico. She is predeceased by her loving husband, John Singleton, Sr.; daughter, Stephanie Fulkerson (Michael); parents, Bill and Eva Kimmons; and brother, Billy Kimmons.
