Paul W. Visser

Paul W. Visser, 76, of Summerville, SC passed away on December 11, 2023.

Paul was born on October 3, 1947 in Mt. Vernon, New York. He graduated from Mt. Vernon High School, and then went to the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where he would then go on and open a graphic arts studio in Westport, CT. Paul served in the Army National Guard Reserves for 4 years. He and his wife relocated to Summerville, SC after living in CT for 42 years. Paul loved classic cars, woodworking, landscaping, the beach, doing puzzles, and listening to oldies, especially Doo Wop music. He especially loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren.

Paul is survived by his wife of 51 years, Suzanne Visser; sons, Erik Visser (Scottie), Paul Visser (Stephanie), Chris Visser; grandchildren, Maggie Visser, Tap Visser, Lianlin Visser, Qian Qian Visser; sister, Regina Phillips (Michael); brother in law, Marcel Vales (Carol); along with 6 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Winifred Visser.
