Paul "Nick" Couch Obituary
Paul “Nick” Nix Couch, 70, of Summerville passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24, 2025.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 2 o’clock at Summerville Presbyterian Church, 407 S Laurel St, Summerville, SC 29483. The family will receive friends an hour before the service. Burial will be private.
Paul was born on January 24, 1955, in Laurens, SC. He loved working on old muscle cars and playing golf at the Berkeley Country Club. Paul had a passion for playing guitar and was the bass guitarist in the Summerville Presbyterian Praise Band.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Allen Couch of Summerville, SC; sons, Christopher Nix Couch (Eryn) of Mount Pleasant, SC, and William Paul Couch (Kathryn) of Savannah, GA; brother, William Joseph Couch (Tammy) of Fountain Inn, SC; and granddaughter, Ava Couch of Mount Pleasant, SC. He is predeceased by his parents; Frank and Barbara Couch.
