Peggy Evers Thomson, 86, of Ridgeville, SC, widow of the late Walter P. Thomson, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
Graveside Services will be Friday morning, January 2, 2026 at 11:30 AM in Summerville Cemetery. Flowers are accepted.
Peggy was born January 20, 1939 in Roanoke, VA, a daughter of the late Paul Evers, Sr. and Norma Puckette. She worked as a retail manager and loved gardening and crafting.
Peggy leaves behind her sons, James Floyd and his wife Janice of Summerville, SC and Mike Floyd of St. George, SC; daughter, Jeanna Knight Haider of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Trudy Core of Blacksburg, VA and Rhetta Stubbs of Salem, VA; and six grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by two brothers, Jimmy Evers and Paul Evers, Jr.
