Phillip was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on December 18, 1961. He was the son of the late James and Mary Henegar. Born and raised in Blytheville, Arkansas, he was a track star and played trumpet for the marching band for Blytheville High School. He graduated from Arkansas State University and was the DJ for the college radio station. Anyone that knew Phillip knew he was an avid photographer and aviation enthusiast. You could always find him working on one of his model airplanes or enjoying the outdoors. He loved relaxing on his swing with his trusty companions, his dogs, while watching the planes fly over. Phillip enjoyed a good burger and always had a diet coke or unsweet tea in hand. He was easy going and put others needs ahead of his own. Phillip was a loving person and the best father that anyone could ask for. He will live on in the hearts and minds of all that had the pleasure of getting to know him.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Ashley Nalley (Collin) and his son, Chase Henegar (Eve). He was predeceased by his parents, James & Mary Henegar; sister, Pamela Pagano and his brother, Robert “Bobby” Henegar.
