Scott J. Campbell, Sr.

Scott Joseph Campbell, Sr., 73, of Summerville passed away peacefully on Monday, December 9, 2024.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 11 o’clock at Parks Funeral Home, 130 West 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483. Burial will follow at Summerville Cemetery, 1128 Boonehill Road, Summerville, SC 29483. In honor of Scott, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, www.donate.cancer.org.

Scott was born on November 20, 1951 to the late Luther Campbell and Arlene Campbell. Raised in Reading, MA Scott accomplished and enjoyed many things during his lifetime. He loved to go hunting, target shooting, and listening to ham radio. He was also a part of the National Rifle Association. Most importantly, Scott loved to spend time with his grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by many.

Scott is survived by his loving wife, Janice Campbell of Summerville, SC; sons, Edward Bernier (Amanda) of Farmington, NH, Jason Campbell of Raymond, NH, Scott Campbell, Jr. (Katie) of Saugus, MA; daughters, Shari Harris (Dexter) of Summerville, SC, Michele Adams (Scott) of Hanahan, SC, Erin Kress (Eric) of Melrose, MA; brother, Mark Campbell (Lee) of Weare, NH; sister, Susan Palmer of Shirley, MA; grandchildren, Lisa Grillo, Brett Bernier, Darrell Bennett, Jr., Collin Bernier, Nigel Harris, Kendall Bernier, Jazmine Colby, Danika Kress, Savannah Campbell, Breaelle Campbell; great-grandchildren, Layla Purdie, Scarlett Bernier, KJ Bennett, and Delia Scalise; along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by father, Luther Campbell; mother, Arlene Campbell; step-mother, Anne Campbell; grandparents, Cecil and Pearl Campbell, and Joseph and Francis Martel.
