Stephen Michael Platt, Sr.

Stephen Michael Platt, Sr., 57, of Ridgeville, SC passed away Monday, June 16, 2025 at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday morning, June 21, 2025 at 10 o’clock in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock at the funeral home. Flowers are accepted or memorials in his name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Stephen was born December 4, 1967 in Charleston, SC, a son of Steve and Patricia Phillips Platt. He owned an HVAC company.

Survivors include his parents, Steve and Patricia Platt of Summerville, SC; son, Michael Platt and his wife Laura of Ridgeville, SC; daughter, Brandi Farley and her husband Justin of Summerville, SC; brother, Doug and his wife Tonia also of Summerville, SC; and five grandchildren, Harper Platt, Hensleigh Platt, Rowan Platt, Riverlynn Farley, and Cade Farley. He is predeceased by his wife, Helen Platt and sister, Sharon Platt.
