Susan Fredlake Obituary

Susan K. Fredlake, 71, of Summerville, SC, loving wife of Paul Fredlake, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 4 o’clock until 6 o’clock at Parks Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted.

Susan was born June 14, 1952 in South Bend, IN, a daughter of the late Norbert Stachowicz and Betty Helms. She made a career in banking and was Vice President of Regions Bank. Susan loved gardening, painting, baking, playing cards, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, Paul of Summerville, SC, she leaves behind her two sons, Christopher P. Fredlake and wife Kelly of Alexandria, VA, and Joshua J. Fredlake and wife Shelly of Summerville, SC; and five grandchildren, Lily Fredlake, Clara Fredlake, Emily Fredlake, Joshua Fredlake, Jr., and Andrew Fredlake.  She is predeceased by her parents as well as her sister, Jane Ganser.
