Tammy Lee Schoob Aumen

Tammy Lee Schoob Aumen, 62, of Summerville passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 9. 2025.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 11AM at Crossroads Community Church, 505 Gahagan Rd, Summerville, SC 29485. The family will receive friends an hour before the service for a visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of Tammy to Crossroads Children Ministry, 505 Gahagan Rd, Summerville, SC 29485.

Tammy was born on August 6, 1963, in Zion, Illinois. She loved traveling, especially to the mountains. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting. Tammy was also a very active member of her church, particularly involved in the children’s ministries and various women’s groups.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Jerald Wayne Aumen, Jr., of Summerville, SC; father, Herman W. Schoob of Lebanon, OH; sons, Jerry Aumen III of Summerville, SC, Daniel Aumen of Summerville, SC; brother, David Schoob (Cristy) of Milwaukee, WI; sister, Christine Mayfield (David) of St Paul, MN. She is predeceased by her mother, Joyce Schoob.
