Terrance James Dring

Terrance “Terry” Dring, 77, of Summerville passed away peacefully on Monday, April 29, 2024.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 12 o’clock noon at Parks Funeral Home, 130 West 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483. The family will receive friends for a visitation the night before from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock at Parks Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Summerville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516, in honor of Terry’s brother, Larry.

Terry was born on May 28, 1946 to the late Lawrence and LouAnna Dring.  He enjoyed working in the yard, and was a huge Clemson Tigers and Chicago Bears fan.

Terry is survived by his wife, Bonnie Dring of Summerville, SC; daughters, April Rock-Dring of Summerville, SC, Jo Anna Mounger of Symsonia, KY; sister, Marie Taylor- Dring of St. Charles, IL; along with 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and LouAnna Dring; and brother, Lawrence “Larry” W. Dring, Jr.
