Tony Lamb Obituary
Tony Willard Lamb, 61, of Summerville, SC, loving husband of Gwendolyn Rose Mizzell Lamb, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024.
Memorial Services will be held on January 6, 2025 at 1 o’clock in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Flowers are accepted.
Tony was born September 20, 1963 in Laurinburg, NC. He worked as an electrician for the US Government and honorably served for over 20 years in the United States Coast Guard. He loved hunting, classic cars and hot rods, motorcycles, and shooting pool. He really enjoyed his time spent with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren, and watching Gold Rush on Friday nights.
In addition to his wife, Rose Lamb of Summerville, SC, Tony leaves behind two sons, Bradley Lamb (Courtney) of Red Springs, NC and Thomas Lamb of Summerville, SC; daughter, Megan Newsom (Mel) of Rennert, NC; stepchildren, Roxanne Mitchum (Hugh) of Bonneau, SC and Jimmy Bunch of Summerville, SC; three sisters, Nancy Jones of Rowland, NC, Pearlean Goodwin of Shannon, NC, and Charlene Oxendine (Chuck) of Pembroke, NC; and eight grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Paul Willard Lamb and Hazel Lee Bledsole.
