Wanda (Morris) Marshall

Wanda M. Marshall, 89, of Summerville, SC, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018 at Life Care Center in Charleston, SC.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be Friday afternoon, March 30, 2018 at 2 o’clock in Tyler Mountain Cemetery, 5233 Rocky Ford Rd, Cross Lanes, WV 25313. 

Wanda was born November 19, 1928 in Pinch, WV, the daughter of the late Ward Theodore Morris and Goldie Lena Matheney Morris. She was a daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother known as 'Nanny' and loved by many. She excelled in spoiling her dog, Hannah, and her children and grandchildren.

Wanda is survived by a daughter, Barbara Calvert and husband James Calvert; a grandson, Andrew Atwood and his wife Margaret Meriwether; two granddaughters, Emily A. McGee and husband James Jared McGee, Jenny Marshall Day and husband Christopher Day; daughter-in-law, Pamela Marshall; two great-grandsons, James Desmond McGee and Blake Hayden Day; nieces, Susan Bail Adams, Martha Bail Adams, Priscilla Fisher; nephew, Walter Given and several great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles D. Marshall, her son, C. Michael Marshall and her sister, Alma Bail.
